I was first introduced to yoga as a way of reducing stress. I fell in love with yoga after I took a yoga teacher training course in 2017, and I have been practicing and teaching ever since. I love that yoga helps you get to know yourself and cultivate a more non-judgmental relationship with yourself. When you exercise and eat healthier, you sleep better, feel better and develop more confidence and self-worth.
I am an avid runner and cyclist and practicing yoga has provided me with a way to slow down and smell the roses while helping to improve my flexibility, strength and overall well-being.

What to expect…My classes will teach you the basics of yoga as well as take you through various flows to help warm up your body and prepare you for more intense poses along the way. I will guide you through some basic meditation that will help you in a yoga class as well as in everyday life when life gets stressful.
